The uEye XC autofocus camera combines the easy handling of a webcam with the robustness and image quality of a true industrial camera. Thanks to the UVC standard (USB Video Class), it can be integrated into existing systems without complex driver installation – ideal for applications that require a fast setup and reliable operation.

In contrast to conventional consumer webcams, the uEye XC is designed for continuous industrial use. It delivers stable, detailed images and videos even under changing or challenging lighting conditions. This is supported by intelligent camera functions such as digital zoom, automatic white balance control, and integrated color correction, ensuring consistent image representation.

The uEye XC starter kit offers an easy introduction and is suitable both for evaluation and direct operation. In addition to the camera, the set includes a matching tripod, connection cables, and a macro lens. Combined with the integrated onsemi AR1335 color sensor, the macro optics enable precise close-up imaging by significantly reducing the minimum object distance. This opens up additional application possibilities, especially for inspection tasks where fine detail is critical.
