The CoverPlus+ On-Site Maintenance Service is offered to ensure the functionality and operational readiness of your Epson products. The aim is for a technician to be on-site within 2 days of receiving the call to repair your Epson product. This service includes all parts, except for consumables/options (e.g. feed rollers and maintenance tanks) which can be purchased and fitted by the end user. The CoverPlus+ maintenance package also offers the option to perform a functional check virtually (remotely) or by phone during the contract period. To book a functional check, please contact your local Epson Helpdesk. The maximum number of prints and years is stated in the CoverPlus name and the service is valid until this number is reached.
