The Smart-UPS™ On-Line uses online double-conversion technology to provide a secure
power supply for servers, voice/data networks, medical facilities and small
industrial facilities. The Smart-UPS On-Line can be used as a rack or tower version and is suitable for loads from 5 kVA to 10 kVA. The 6 kVA, 8 kVA and 10 kVA models achieve
power factor 1, making them ideal for powerful blade servers or fully
equipped racks. When mission-critical systems require hours of runtime, not just minutes, the Smart-UPS On-Line can be configured with multiple battery modules to meet even these extreme backup time requirements.

The included management software PowerChute™ Network Shutdown enables an
automatic shutdown of network operating systems. All models include an integrated network management card for remote management. All models in the Smart-UPS
On-Line product family are designed for customers with high performance requirements and
offer a wide input voltage range, precise output voltage and
frequency control, an internal bypass and correction of the input power factor .
